The seller was VERY friendly and communicated with me until i got my unit. The unit itself is true to length, very soft and thick, and smelt good when i first took it out of the bag. It came in a cute little pink bag with a pair of lashes and a wig cap in it. The hair hasn't shed not once & the color is so so pretty..it melted right into my skin and gave straight scalp! I highly recommend purchasing this wig!

Anyway get this wig. It was good Ive done two installs with it so far, not too much shedding. I got 26 inches btw, it more longer than I expected, super soft, I'm so in love with it.
