We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

2. Shipping Time

Ship to United States: 3-5 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun.  Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.

Ship to Canada: 4-7 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun.  Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.

Ship to United Kingdom, France, Germany: 3-7 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun.  Shipping Method: DHL.

Ship to Singapore,Australia: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.

Ship to other countries: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun.  Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Shipping Fee

For United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, it is also free shipping.

For rest of world, it is also free shipping.

Please Noticed:

We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.

Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order.

Q1: How do I pay for an order?  

 A: To pay for your order on www.firieyahair.com, follow the steps below:

1) Choose the length/ density/ lace/ color for your item, then click 'Add to Cart'.

2) Go to the cart page and click the "Check Out" or 'Pay with Paypal' button

3) After payment is finished, wait for the order confirmation page turns out.

Q2: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods:   

Paypal,Credit Cards: Visa Card, MasterCard, and American Express, Western Union. We firstly recommend you use Paypal.

Q3: Why did my payment fail?

A:If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations:

Card security code failed Please note that an incorrect card security code could cause payment failure.

Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card. Please verify that you have entered the correct card security code and try again.

Insufficient fund If you meet the insufficient fund error log when you make payment by credit card, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that payment for your order does not exceed your credit limit. Please also make sure you have used a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card to finish payment, because at present debit card or business card is unable to be supported.

Exceed limit Please make sure the order amount does not exceed your credit card limit. Or the payment is unable to go through smoothly.  

Q4: How can I track my order?

Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped, You cannot track your order before it been shipped.

Q5: When will you send out the order ?

A: Standard processing time is between 24 hours. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

A: Any address or order change request will be considered but not guaranteed. Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

Q7: Can i cancel the order?

A: If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder.

Q9: How long will the order take to arrive?

A: Generally, it will take 3-8 working days to deliver.

Q10: Why does it shows my package delivered but it hasn't?

A: Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Q11: Where are your itmes sent from?

A: Products will be sent by our China factory directly.

Q12: Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk order?

A: Yes, we do. Please contact our customer service to enjoy a higher discount.

Q13: Can this hair be Iron-flat & Curled & Dyed?

A: Our virgin human hair can be dyed and iron-flat, iron flat, plz don't exceed 150ºC, or the hair will be destroyed. Also the hair will come back to its natural wavy after you wash it or iron-flat.
